and to support funds for OUR VILLAGE
and to DENY funds for FLORAL HILL TERRACE
due to challenges and deficiencies
with the development’s location.

Members of the public can sign up to provide in-person public comment at Council Meetings by completing the Request to Speak form on the day of the meeting or public hearing, Monday, 7/13.

*How to Sign-up to Speak at the Public Comment:

  • Fill out the Request to Speak form on Monday, July 13, 2026.  
  • The Request to Speak form will be open from 7:00pm to 7:35pm
  • *Click here to fill out the Request to Speak form.
    • Those who have submitted a sign-up form by 7:35 p.m. will be added to the speaker’s queue.  
    • At 7:35 the sign-up will close, and the queue will be randomized and shown at the start of each Public Comment, with persons who did not speak at the previous Public Comment prioritized ahead of persons who did speak at the previous Public Comment. Official representatives of Boards, Commissions, and Neighborhood associations will be prioritized during Public Comment ahead of other randomized speakers
    • Speakers will be called in the order they appear on the list. 
    • The public comment period will be limited to 90 minutes or conclude by 10:00 PM, whichever occurs first. Speakers will typically have up to 2.5 minutes to speak, though the mayor may adjust the speaking time as needed. Once the time limit has been reached, any remaining speakers on the list will not have an opportunity to speak. 
    • Written comment can be submitted to City Council by sending an email to mayorcouncilandcitymanager@eugene-or.gov
